On January 14,2025 Vince and Chris were here to do deficiency repairs.

It was a very positive experience that I feel is worth sharing with their superiors. They showed up as scheduled at 8 am, they were polite, pleasant, and considerate with the tenant in the unit they needed access and with the superintendent.

They were professional, visibly working well together, focused on the job (not on the phone), completing the job, verifying to be everything good and communicating with the building stuff what they did.

Keep up the good work and show example to others.

During our 21 years of a mutually profitable association your Senior Computer Technician Gord Robinson really went the extra mile for me, YCC No. 342 and you and your company. Recently when our former fire alarm contractor contacted the Toronto Fire Department that we had a non-functioning, non-repairable alarm system I contacted you and at the end of the day you dispatched Gord and subsequently the diagnosis was instantly completed and a workable mend was completed.

Recently we found ourselves in another serious situation with out new “key scan system” and Gord had to jerry-rig the new and old together to make it work. Again, thanks Gord.

Gord listened to our problem and had what it takes to do the job and he was the solution to the problem. Also, it’s nice to meet a man who says good day to you and means it.
